What we collect

Only what you choose to give us in the enquiry form, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone:

When you browse the site, Google Analytics also records how it is used: which parts you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level), how you found the site, and whether you used the WhatsApp, call, enquiry or cost-estimate buttons. It does not record your name, phone number, email or anything you type into the form.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your data only with your consent, which you give when you send the form or contact us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

We share your details with no one else, except where the law requires it.

Cookies and what your browser stores

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) that let it count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

The site also uses your browser's own storage for two conveniences:

You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of the project and any period the law requires afterwards. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

To do so, or to raise a concern, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
